Music at the Meeting Points

Music at the Meeting Points

The Meeting Points are refuges, information exchanges and orientation points at the same time. International and regional musicians and producers will be the acoustic hosts of these special places.

Museum Angewandte Kunst

19:00 – 20:30: Minju
20:30 – 21:15: Martha De Pascalis
On the opening night, Minju’s hybrid set will extend the dreamworlds of the Incubation Pod to the meeting point with dreamy vocals and percussive elements. Such meditative states will also be evoked by Marta De Pascalis’ live set – using analogue synthesizers and tape-loop systems, the musician and sound designer creates patterns of repetition that create a sense of dense and cathartic distance.

15:00 – 22:00: MSKI B2B Jenne
From the afternoon until late in the evening, Jenne and MSKI will be presenting their eclectic mixes back-to-back at the Meeting Point at the Museum Angewandte Kunst. Both share their enthusiasm for the most diverse genres – between house, trance, wave, cosmic, industrial and krautrock, the extended hours of their set will for sure hold some surprises.

15:00 – 18:00: Outernational Lunki
18:00 – 20:00: Messias Elias
20:00 – 22:00: SK Libra
The Frankfurt locals from Intense Bass Box (IBB) usually play high-energy club music with UK influences. For the opening of the second festival weekend at the Incubation Pod they play somewhat more dignified sounds that oscillate around the genres entimental breaks, UK garage and Dub.

15:00 – 22:00: Robby Babbel B2B DJ DJ
22:00 – 00:00: ADHDIVA (Silent Disco)
With a selection from Balearic sounds, to jazz funk and bossa nova, DJ DJ b2b Robby Babbel will set the mood for the summer evening at the Meetingpoint. Later in the night, ADHDIVA will take us on a journey through different genres – with an energetic live set between Dembow rhythms and Break elements, enriched by Ghetto beats and melodic percussion.
At 10 p.m., the Long Night starts in Museum Angewandte Kunst.
