Lots of things work out fine, but life is also full of obstacles. Pets get sick. The news is frightening. Trousers don’t fit properly. Friends get on your nerves. And some days are just terrible. In ‘A fun night out 8+’ even repressed emotions like shame or loneliness get their own breath-taking show number. Jetse Batelaan and Theater Artemis fill the pompous splendor of the Capitol Theater with a whispering, glittering musical. The performers dance and sing as if their lives depend on it. But unfortunately, not everyone can join in. Something is brewing on the sideline. It’s not easy to explain what. What is going on? What is happening there behind the scenes of the big theatre? Is someone secretly trying to steal the show? Stop the thieves!

After the performance of “A fun nigth out 8+” on July 9, there will be a walk from Capitol to Hafen 2 for the event “Young Worlds / Forms of Theater. An international exchange“.
